I have to wear a mask all day at work and these do help with breathing and fogging, fogging does not completely go away but is minimized, i just drop it in the mask, using the cheap blue masks as they are rated as one of the best to use. also wash insert with soap and water on mask changes.I had great hope this frame face cradle but found it difficult to use. It kept sliding under my mask. I eventually stopped using it.Only problem with these is getting them to stay in place. They don’t work for kids who have to take off mask and then put back on.These only go around your mouth and midway up the bridge of your nose. Uncomfortable.It is smaller than thought, just like a few others noted. They will for the couple of days I need them.Ok product I only wished there were a little larger.
