Certainly not the "Red" I was anticipating. I was not certain I was wanting to keep but my husband immediately told me he really liked it. It is more of a subtle brick red. Reminds me of a retro classic red. It is not a bright lively red, of which I've been looking for, but something more innocent like, if there's anything like that for a lipstick. ?The lip color is phenomenal. Be cautious it is not really the reapply type of lip.The smell n textures are amazing!Beautiful color, my sister loved it!It look orange and I wanted redI am a Mac Retro Matte Lipstick Lover and this shade really is gorgeous! My complexion is light brown with an olive hue and this shade looks dynamite. I honestly, believe that this shade would look lovely with any complexion. Works best with very soft eye shadow.Nothing wrong with the lipstick but just dosn't pop like I hoped it would. A much more subdued red instead of the bright vibrant red I hoped for. Great quality though, as you would expect and very easy to apply.Just like I remembered, still a little dry.Very high expectations
